An order request, then confirmation

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or the requested pickup date. Prices are in Jamaican dollars per pound. Choose from individually weighed hams. Their exact weights and per-pound prices, including GCT/tax, lock at checkout. Bank transfer orders are reserved for the payment period shown on your order. Unpaid bank transfer reservations return to available stock when that deadline passes. Proof submitted on time keeps your hams reserved while staff verifies the transfer. Cash at pickup orders stay reserved for collection.

Pickup and payment

Choose Bank Transfer or Cash at pickup at checkout. For bank transfers, use the supplied bank details and submit your reference number or receipt through the secure payment link. Our team verifies bank transfers before preparation starts. For cash orders, pay the full total when collecting. Wait for the ready-for-pickup notification and bring your order reference. Payment verification and collection are recorded separately.

Changes and cancellations

Contact the team to request a change. A weight outside your selected range, an unavailable item or a revised pickup date requires a recorded customer-approved resolution. Cancellations depend on preparation and dispatch progress. Final cutoff, cancellation and uncollected-order policies require business approval.
