We collect your name, mobile number, email, order choices, pickup location and requested date to process your request, contact you about fulfillment and verify collection. Transfer references and receipt images are used to verify your payment. Please keep sensitive information out of special instructions and crop unrelated banking details from receipts.

Access and storage

Authorized head-office, warehouse and branch staff access the information needed for their work. Branch staff access orders for assigned branches. Email and SMS providers may process notification contact details when those services are enabled.

Questions and requests

Contact MasterMac using the published contact details to ask about your information or request a correction. The final retention schedule, privacy contact and service-provider disclosures must be supplied before launch.
